The Financial Services Commission issued the Financial Services (Consolidated Licensing and Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2022, which sets out the processing fees and annual licence fees payable by applicants of virtual asset service providers’ licence and initial token offerings’ registration. The Rule came into effect 7 May 2022.

The Financial Services Commission issued AML/CFT Guidance Notes for Virtual Asset Service Providers and Issuers of Initial Token Offerings, which takes effect on 28 February 2022.
