Akira Nandan, an emerging public figure from a well-known film family, claimed personality rights infringement by a studio based on certain AI-generated deepfakes in an AI film on YouTube entitled AI Love Story, which portrayed Nandan as the lead character without his consent. It was alleged that the film used AI-morphed visuals and voice patterns and had fabricated romantic scenes.
