The KNF announced that the Ministry of Finance and the Office of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the European Commission, have started a project aimed at contributing to the development of the FinTech sector in Poland.

The KNF published a plan of its surveillance activities towards new technologies, innovations and cybersecurity and mentions the necessity to look at the legislative aspect of cryptoassets.
