Kosovo will be holding a general election on 9 February 2025.
The current Prime Minister is Albin Kurti of the Lëvizja Vetëvendosje (LVV) party.
As well as the prime minister, voters will be electing the 120 members of the Assembly, who serve four-year terms and are elected by open list proportional representation.
Kosovo has a population of 1.98 million and around 1.8 million registered voters. Voter turnout in the 2021 general election was 48.5%
